Once known simply as the Hidden Vale, the Rose Garden is located in a secluded space between the mountains to the west of Mother, the First Forest, and the Maze. It is the home of the Cerulean Rose and to Perennia, the dragon protector.

This event occurs every five seasons in Silvyra during the harvest season, when the realm's two moons and sun line up together and cause the natural life of the realm to prosper and renew. Various cultures in Silvyra celebrate this event with a great celebration and consider it to be the most important event of all the seasons. The timing of the Conjunction is somewhat random with the people of Silvyra sensing and observing its coming by both their reaction to its effect on nature but also by observation of the moons and the sun.
Connected to the Flower of Life, the Seed of Life is a central philosophy for the people of Silvyra and reflects the need to find balance and unity with nature and respect the cycle of life.
This magical flower, named for its striking shade of blue, is a cornerstone of the life and culture of Silvyra. It was created many generations ago by Mother, the Great Tree, and given to the people of Bloom for safekeeping in what is now known as the Rose Garden. The petals of the Cerulean Rose are the one essential ingredient—the rest being personal selections—in a Runner’s recipe for the Elixir of Life and flowers during the peak of every conjunction.
